24/7 campus life is a layering of everything humans do: work, play, eat, sleep, study, explore, perform and muse. Post-secondary institutions are more than centres of learning, they can be vital hubs that inspire and connect people. When we design a building, we consider the physical, ephemeral and pedagogical pathways that will link its users – both within its walls and beyond its doors. Our design choices delight people’s imaginations, and enhance their experiences and contributions.
We are honoured that our new [Pharmaceutical Sciences] building has received an Architizer A+ Popular Choice Award. These awards generate a large amount of exposure for our building, which we hope will raise awareness of the exceptional work our faculty does in education, research and practice.
