Madrona Affordable Housing

The integration of affordable housing at Dockside Green has strengthened this well-loved, culturally vital neighbourhood. The two low-rise buildings offer 49 rental units made up of studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two- and three-bedroom townhomes.
Since 2007, hcma has been engaged as architects for the Dockside Green Site Wide Rezoning, assisting the developer with architectural design and services including master-planning, rezoning and public engagement.
This affordable housing project with Catalyst Community Developments builds on the community engagement process.
