Tracy is passionate about intergenerational design and transforming architecture and spaces through ideas of play. She believes in the value of inclusive design to authentically shape community, foster wellbeing, and enhance resiliency in our built environment. She understands the complexity and richness of integrated projects and brings an inclusive lens to the design process.
Tracy is well versed in leading complex projects with a robust consultant team, ensuring the quality of design is fulsome, well-coordinated with the consultant team and to the local jurisdiction.
Tracy has kept an active participation in the architecture and design community, serving on the board of directors at Stride Gallery and Lougheed House. She was the ULI co-chair for the City of Calgary Urban Strategy HealthYYC Initiative. She was the 2019 recipient of DIALOG’s Iris Prize internal scholarship program to further research on sensory space and inclusive design. She served on the City of Calgary’s Advisory committee on Accessibility in 2022.
