Arrival

Our Vancouver office sits on the north-east corner of Granville Street and West Hastings Street.

As you head east from the corner of Granville Street, there are two entrances to the building. The first has stairs and leads to the Royal Bank. The second, which is our entrance, leads to the office tower, and is about 20 metres from the corner.

This step-free entrance can be found on West Hastings Street to the right of the Royal Bank entrance. It has a power-door operator, and the button and panel are located on the wall to the right of the door. It is a standard number panel with a raised marking on number 5. Number 1 is on the top row. Dial 0400 to buzz our office. You can also contact us at 604-732-6620 and we will come down to meet you.

As you head inside, it’s a small lobby with three elevators. The elevators are to the right, within a few metres of the entrance. There are call buttons for the elevators on the wall in between the elevators. In the elevator, there’s a control panel located on the front wall. The buttons have tactile markings and braille. The bottom row has the emergency call buttons. From the bottom moving up, the second row has the open/close buttons. The third row has the ground floor button. The fifth row has the Level 4 button. The elevators have voice announcements.

When you exit the elevator on Level 4, turn right. There is a small waiting area ahead, and a reception desk to the left, just past the elevator lobby. Our office is located over two floors, Level 3 and Level 4, which can both be reached by elevator. Level 4 contains our reception desk, and Level 3 is all workspace.

Parking and drop-off

There is a designated drop-off zone on the north side of West Hastings Street, at the west corner of Granville Street. Paid street parking is also available on the north side of West Hastings Street, west of Granville Street.

Washrooms

Washrooms are on the far-right corner on each floor, down the corridor and to the right of the kitchen. The washrooms are gender-designated with an accessible stall. On Level 4, the Women’s washroom is the first one on the right, and the Men’s is the second. On Level 3, the Men’s is the first one on the right, and the Women’s is the second.

Entering the washroom, the sinks and stalls are to the right. First the sinks, then an accessible stall, then a standard stall. The sinks have knee clearance, and the soap dispensers are counter mounted. The paper towel dispenser and waste bin are recessed in the wall to the right of the sinks, next to the door.

Individual accessible all-gender washrooms are located on the mezzanine level and require a fob. Our studio team will be happy to provide you with a fob upon request. This washroom includes an accessible toilet with transfer space and grab bars in the back right corner. A sink with knee clearance is on the left, with counter mounted soap. A paper towel dispenser/garbage container is on the wall to the right of the sink, in front of the toilet.
