Arrival

Our Calgary office is in a high-rise tower at Stephen Avenue Place in the downtown core. The main entrance to the office tower is on the corner of 2nd Street and 7th Avenue. This entrance has stairs encircling the entire corner. The stairs have three steps, an approximately 0.5 metre landing, then three more steps. There are handrails placed every 1-2 metres on the stairs.

The accessible entrance providing ramped access is on Stephen Avenue (8th Avenue), about 50 metres east from 2nd Street, beside Barbarella. This entrance is wheelchair accessible with power operated doors into the lobby, and large power-operated doors to the elevator area on the left. Our space is located within the WeWork co-working space on the 18th floor, which requires card reader access at the ground floor elevator to enter. You can access the main reception for WeWork on the 19th floor, from 8:30am-5pm on weekdays, where the staff can let us know you’ve arrived and can guide you to our space or meeting room.

Parking and drop-off

There is secure bike parking and limited parking available below grade, however, the basement elevator lobby from the bike and vehicle parking is accessed by stair only. For those using mobility devices, we recommend parking in the CORE Parkade, via the entrance on 4th Street SW between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue. This parkade contains accessible stalls and step free access to an elevator that will bring you to ground level. From there, exit the mall onto 8th Avenue, and head east toward 2nd Street, where you’ll find the accessible entrance to Stephen Avenue Place beside Barbarella.

Washrooms

There are gender-designated and accessible all-gender washrooms on the 18th and 19th floors. The accessible all-gender washrooms are available without a security card.
