Ian is recognized for his deep understanding of the intricacies of project delivery. Prior to joining hcma, Ian was the Principal of his own design-build contracting business, giving him invaluable, hands-on construction experience and knowledge of the issues that can often arise on-site. Ian weaves this unique expertise into his leadership during contract administration, proactively working with contractors and trades to meet deadlines and avoid costly delays.
Though Ian has worked on projects across a range of typologies, he is especially well-suited to complex renovations and expansion work that require careful consideration of existing site conditions, access, and scheduling.
