Federica is committed to uncovering thoughtful design solutions that enhance the vitality of our communities and environment. She brings a calm expertise to the practice, and she consistently strives for innovation and design solutions that maximize positive impact.

Federica brings experience on various community and institutional projects from schematics through to completion. With a tenacious and can-do attitude, she embraces complex design challenges and encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration. Relaxed in manner, but with a rigorous attention to detail and coordination, she has managed highly ambitious and technically demanding projects including Vancouver Fire Hall No. 17, currently under construction, which is targeting Passive House, LEED Gold, Net Zero Carbon (CaGBC) and Net Zero Energy (as defined by the Federation of Canadian Municipalities).

Outside of work, Federica enjoys spending time with family, exploring her neighbourhood and local ravines. She also loves adventures and travel that take her to the mountains and the coast.
