As Head of Strategy, Eli plans our road ahead. She helps make our big dreams for positive impact a reality, with a keen eye on future trends in design, social behaviour, business, and technology. She ensures hcma is relevant, responsive, and constantly evolving to understand, and solve, the most pressing issues of our time.
Eli brings years of experience in design across multiple disciplines. She studied Fashion Design in the UK, where she honed her skills in forecasting trends for large international retailers, premium brands and start-up studios. In 2015, she joined hcma with a fresh perspective and a mandate to streamline our studio processes.
A proper Londoner at heart, Eli enjoys a pint and a bustling city. Equally at home in Vancouver, she is always on the lookout for whales and can be found skiing down mountains, combing beaches, and exploring remote locations around the globe.
