How do you use Vancouver’s pools and beaches?

Vancouver's pools and beaches are part of what makes our city so unique and such a rewarding place to live. The demand for swimming in Vancouver is on the rise due to tourism, changing demographic trends and new facilities (including many of our own projects) expanding on what our community thought was possible for Vancouver's pools.

Both our Architectural and +Design teams are working on the Vancouver Aquatics Strategy. VanSplash is a campaign identity developed to engage the public in the roll out of the Vancouver Park Board 10-year Aquatics Strategy. The on-going strategy consultation will review existing pools and beaches and look at ways to renew or replace aging aquatic facilities with the community's guidance. Innovative options like a pop-up pool, natural outdoor pools and ocean-based swimming will also be explored.

Complete the VanSplash survey before September 15th to share how you and your family currently use Vancouver's pools and have your say about the City's future Aquatics Strategy. The survey will only take a few minutes and you could win a 3-month Flexipass and other prizes.
