He works across teams to improve clarity in delivery, operational consistency, and scalability, while being mindful of the culture and values that shape quality outcomes.
He began his career in electronic engineering before moving into visual effects and filmmaking, where the combination of creativity and technology strongly resonated with him. Over the past 20+ years, he’s held senior leadership roles in complex, project-driven environments, leading multidisciplinary teams through growth and change. His approach to leadership is pragmatic and collaborative, with a belief that well-designed operations enable creative organizations to do their best work.
