As our Director of Operations, Cayley plays a key role in leading our firm operations, enhancing our project delivery processes, and turning ideas into action. Cayley joins us with over 17 years of experience in operations, service delivery and business development for the likes of Ledcor and Shaw Communications, along with her own consulting practice where she helped organizations large and small turn strategies into results.

A nature and animal lover, when she’s not at the office, Cayley can be found outside, exploring a new forest trail, paddleboarding along her favourite beach, riding her horses or seeing what new things she can sustainably grow on her small farm.
