What drew you to HCMA?
There were many intriguing aspects to the organization that I hadn’t seen before. As an HR Consultant, I was looking for something that would have an impact on people, culture, and community.
HCMA offered opportunities for engagement through TILT initiatives, and the Partners lead with purpose and aren’t shy in sharing opinions on what’s happening outside the firm. This was refreshing to me.
Of course, stepping into a brand-new role for the firm, where I would be the developer and facilitator of HR best practice and culture was exciting. The design industry was new for me, but as a senior practitioner, I wanted to make a difference to the organization.
