UBC Pharmacy Building
Located at an important University entry point, the new iconic Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Centre for Drug Research and Development will function as a gateway into the academic core, reflecting the world-class quality of the faculty’s research. The design concept demonstrates how the organic form of foliage can be transformed into a more Cartesian geometry, forming atriums that allow natural light and ventilation into the labs and teaching spaces. This project is targeting LEED® Gold certification.
This project is a joint-venture with Montreal-based firm, Saucier + Perrotte Architectes.
