Legends Centre (Aquatic)– View Project

The Legends Centre, now officially open for almost a year, is exceeding expectations. With approximately 85,000 Viewers per month, the community has embraced this unique Centre and all amenities are well used. It is rewarding to experience the fulfillment of the vision we had for this facility during the design process.

Whistler Public Library (Community & Sustainable Design)– View Project

Throughout the convoluted process HCMA was responsive to the client needs. Board members were involved in all aspects of the planning process. HCMA was professional, knowledgeable of leading-edge technologies and creative in finding solutions to challenging issues. They worked well as a team and chose other design professionals to complement their/our concept of a sustainable building.

With the guidance of HCMA, the Whistler Public Library Board had a vision of what we wanted to see and feel in the new library. I am very proud to say when I walk into the new library full of community members enjoying the services it is due to the HCMA understanding our vision and making it a reality.

We were very impressed with the dedication and professionalism displayed at all stages of the development process, and in particular the coordination of the consulting team.

I now look forward to working with the consulting team to successfully complete this great addition to the Park Board infrastructure.

Image this for a moment. . . . It is a sunny and warm day, the Atrium is busy, the fountain is working, and many many children are running through the fountain, playing and climbing!! while parents and grandparents sit and watch…it was magical to be down in the Atrium for those 10 minutes.
