Hughes Condon Marler Architects (HCMA) is a partnership of five corporations led by its five Principals, Roger Hughes, Darryl Condon, Karen Marler, Stuart Rothnie and Carl-Jan Rupp. The Principals each lead projects independently while remaining collectively engaged through weekly meetings, monthly design crits and annual retreats. On a daily basis, HCMA draws from the unique strengths of each of the four partners in an open-studio office that promotes dialogue, ease of engagement and cross-pollination of ideas.
